Can i cancel my order ?

Order cancellation is only possible within one hour of placing the order, as we begin processing orders immediately for prompt delivery. In such an event, please send an email to Help@limewrap.com  with the subject of the email as “CANCEL – your order no.” within one hour, or you can reach out via Whatsapp at 9891353686.

Can i return or exchange my order ?

We offer returns only in the case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product. We sincerely hope you won’t encounter this issue, but in the unfortunate event that you do, follow these steps:

  1. Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
  2. No defects or damages in the product will be considered without an accompanying video.
  3. Send the video within 24 hours after receiving the parcel to us via email (Help@limewrap.com) or Whatsapp at 9891353686 with the subject line “Return” .
  4. All return requests will be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  5. To be eligible for returns, all products returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
  6. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned.

Please Note: The video should be continuous without any pauses or cuts, covering the entire unboxing process. Ensure that any issues, defects, or damages are clearly shown in the video. If no defects or damages are found in the video, we will not be able to process a return.
